Eggs (big) – 4 nos.<br />
Melted Butter – 70gm<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Method</strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li> Whisk all the ingredients (except melted butter) for 5 – 6 mins.</li>
<li>Then fold in melted butter and mix well.</li>
<li>Pour butter into a 9” lined mould.</li>
<li>Bake into a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 – 30 minutes.</li>
